You must login to be able to read most pages on https://help.inesc-id.pt.
This is because the site contains pages that may have sensitive information belonging to INESC-ID.
To login, simply use your intranet credentials.
Example (for user u012345):
- Username: u012345
- Password: (intranet password for user u012345)
You can recover your intranet password here: https://iid-intranet.inesc-id.pt/passwordrecovery/recoverpassword
This will send a message with a password recovery link (this link expires in 5 minutes) to your INESC-ID email address.
If you cannot read these messages, you must contact your secretary (in this case, the IT support may not be able to help you, because your access may have expired).
